Submit your plans or sketch and I will be happy to supply you with some Sq. Footage cost on developing a full set of working Drawing. Please submit the following information to jim@abodedesign.com : 1. PDF copy of Plans or sketch ( please do not submit copyrighted plans there are extreme fines and I will have to assume that they are not copyrighted and will request a note with your signature on plans indicating such.) 2. Any changes or examples that you may want in the plan. 3. Any unusual site or furniture that you may have. 4. Direction of Views and sunrise. Along with any Lake or Ocean locations. I will email you back with Fees for Preliminary plans , and Final working Dwgs. Please indicate your email . County and State so that I can determine codes.
